Will the recipient see our company name?
You can request a sender name (3–11 Latin letters or digits) in the account settings. Support checks it, and it is used if the operator allows it.
Which audio files can I upload?
MP3, WAV, OGG, WebM or M4A up to 5 MB, 1 to 120 seconds long. You can also record a message in the browser or synthesize it from text.
What happens if a person does not answer the call?
The report shows the status “no answer”. The tariff determines whether an unanswered call is charged; the unused reservation returns to your balance.
What is an SMS segment?
An SMS without diacritics fits 160 characters, with Latvian diacritics 70. Longer text is split into segments (153 or 67 characters). The cabinet shows the number of segments before sending.
How is our clients' data protected?
Contacts are accessible only to users of your account. Files are kept in closed storage, and the data is used only for sending messages and for reports.
